The frame of the hot air circulation furnace shell is welded and formed by section steel, the inner and outer walls are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the heating deformation coefficient is small, and the inner lining is made of aluminium silicate refractory fibre needle-punched cotton as thermal insulation and insulation materials to reduce the temperature rise of the furnace wall. The door shell is also made of welded steel for the frame, the outer wall is also made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the inner lining is also made of needle-punched cotton of aluminium silicate refractory fibre for thermal insulation and insulation.

 

The trolley is welded from section steel, and the bottom is fitted with wheels for mobility, allowing the whole trolley to be pushed into the furnace body. The furnace mouth is lined with rubber asbestos packing surrounding it, and the rubber asbestos packing of the furnace mouth is compressed after the furnace door is closed to ensure that no heat is lost. In order to ensure the stability and uniformity of the furnace, the electric furnace is equipped with a fan device and an air guide system. The fan device is placed on the top of the furnace body, and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel into centrifugal fan blades. The air deflector system consists of an air deflector and a wind deflector, which is mounted on the top of the furnace chamber and has an air deflector groove. The temperature control system adopts PID zero-crossing to trigger thyristor, and the intelligent meter controls the temperature. In addition, Shanghai Dahua Instrument Factory adopts multi-point automatic recorder to record temperature and over-temperature alarm dual control to ensure that the workpiece is not over-temperature. Each mechanical transmission part of the electric furnace adopts interlocking control, that is, the power supply of the ventilator device and the heating part is automatically cut off after the furnace door is opened. Only after the furnace door is closed in place can the power supply of the ventilator unit and heating element be switched on to prevent malfunctions and accidents due to misoperation.
